DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • We currently ship within the U.S. and internationally.

  • Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We don’t ship internationally at this time.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

  • We take great care to pack our prints securely.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us at electricmoonpress@gmail.com with photos of the damage within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Once verified, we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund (subject to stock availability).

SHIPPING DELAYS

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

RETURNS

ONLINE ORDERS

  • All sales are final.

  • We only offer replacements or refunds for items damaged during shipping (see “Damaged Shipments” above).

ART FAIR PURCHASES

  • All sales are final once you leave the booth.

  • Electric Moon Press is not responsible for damage after purchase.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

  • Please ensure your shipping information is correct. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees to resend.
