DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We currently ship within the U.S. and internationally.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We don’t ship internationally at this time.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
We take great care to pack our prints securely.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at electricmoonpress@gmail.com with photos of the damage within 5 business days of delivery.
Once verified, we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund (subject to stock availability).
SHIPPING DELAYS
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
RETURNS
ONLINE ORDERS
All sales are final.
We only offer replacements or refunds for items damaged during shipping (see “Damaged Shipments” above).
ART FAIR PURCHASES
All sales are final once you leave the booth.
