These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Electric Moon Press’s website, products, and services. By purchasing from us online or in person at an art fair, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Scope of Sales

We primarily sell original poster designs and original illustrations through our Squarespace website and at regional art fairs. Online terms may differ slightly from in-person terms, as outlined below.

3. Payment Methods

  • Online purchases: Processed through our website’s secure checkout system.

  • Art fairs: We accept Square payments (credit/debit cards) and cash, where permitted.

4. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Availability may vary due to limited print runs.

5. Shipping & Delivery (Online Orders)

  • We currently ship to domestic addresses.

  • Shipping times vary by location; delays outside of our control (postal service, customs, etc.) are not the responsibility of Electric Moon Press.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at electricmoonpress@gmail.com with photographic evidence of the damage within 5 business days of delivery.

    • Once verified, we will determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.

    • Replacements are limited to the availability of stock.

  • Customers are responsible for accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional fees.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Online Sales: All sales are final. We only offer replacements or refunds for damaged goods reported according to Section 5.

  • Art Fair Sales: All sales are final once the customer leaves the booth. Electric Moon Press is not responsible for damages incurred after the sale.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All posters, designs, illustrations, and related materials are original works created by Electric Moon Press.

  • These works are protected under U.S. and international copyright law.

  • You may not reproduce, resell, alter, or distribute our designs without prior written consent.

  • Use of our artwork for training artificial intelligence (AI) systems, machine learning, or data-mining purposes is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We only collect personal information necessary to complete your order (such as name, shipping address, and payment details).

  • If you sign up for our email list, we may use your email address to share updates, new product launches, or promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time.

  • We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to process payments or ship your order.

  • All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (Squarespace, Square, PayPal, or other platforms as applicable).

9. Limitation of Liability

Electric Moon Press, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or misuse of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
